Following his victory alongside Triple H over The Undertaker and Kane at WWE Crown Jewel, Michaels spoke to WWE.com about how he was feeling.

"This whole day I've been anxious, nerves, everything else. Once I got in there though with everybody it was fun, comfortable," he said. "Did a few things, get a little warm. You forget just how tough this is on your body. I'll be feeling it for the next several days. It'll be a very good reminder of why I didn't do it for eight years and why I'm not gonna do it again. If I can possibly help it. Monday, Shawn is back at the (Performance Center). We are going back to our regular lives, boys. A lot of fun to do, but I'm glad it's over too."

Crown Jewel marked the first time Michaels had stepped foot in the ring since WrestleMania 26 in 2010. The Heartbreak Kid carried much of the action for D-Generation X as Triple H was being attended to for a torn pectoral muscle. During the bout, Michaels landed on his face on a moonsault to the outside.

After DX picked up the victory, Michaels can be seen telling Triple H, "We're too old for this" while the two embraced in the corner.
