Shawn Michaels: The Future Is So Bright For Je’Von Evans, He’s Going To Be Very Big In WWE
Shawn Michaels is considered by many fans and peers to be one of the greatest in-ring performers of all time. Michaels was known for his showmanship and flamboyant style, not afraid to put his body on the line in the ring.
Now, Michaels leads the next generation of WWE superstars as the head of NXT.
Speaking to Shannon Sharpe & Chad Ochocino, Michaels was asked if there is anyone who reminds him of himself.
“From an NXT standpoint, we have an unbelievable roster. Somebody who you have to keep an eye on, he’s 21 years on, his name is Je’Von Evans. He’s unbelievably dynamic. Unbelievably talented. He just turned 21. The future is so bright for that young man. He’s going to be somebody who is going to be very big in the WWE, and, probably before long, he’ll be a flagbearer in NXT. I’m excited to see the trajectory of his career,” said Michaels.
Evans is regularly featured on NXT television, recently challenging Oba Femi for the NXT Championship at NXT Heatwave.
