Shayna Baszler says she wants to settle the score with Rhea Ripley at Survivor Series.
During her time in NXT, Shayna Baszler was the top female Superstar in the promotion. That is, of course, until Rhea Ripley defeated her for the NXT Women's Championship.
Now, Rhea Ripley and Shayna Baszler will be on opposite sides of a Survivor Series Elimination Match and Baszler says that it is time for her to settle the score with Rhea Ripley.
Speaking to Sportskeeda during a press junket prior to Survivor Series, Shayna Baszler spoke about her rivalry with Rhea Ripley.
“Well, obviously, Rhea Ripley, and I have a score to settle, at least in my mind, just from all the way back from NXT. That's some business I'd like to get back to. So there's some of that, honestly, when you look at both brands, all the members on each team are like very viable competitors. So, not to say that I'm not going to be on the lookout or like, willing to tear limbs off of anyone, but for sure. Gotta have that whether it's Survivor Series or somewhere else. I gotta get that one back.
Currently, Shayna Baszler has been doing the bidding of Sonya Deville on Friday Night SmackDown. Speaking about that arrangement, Shayna Baszler noted that she's getting paid and that's all she cares about.
“I'm gonna get paid. Really, at the end of the day, that's what it's about. Right? So you know, everybody has a price and I’m gonna get paid. Sonya happens to be holding the wallet right now.”
