Sheamus Announces New Workout Series Titled ‘Brave Change’
A ‘Brave Change’ for Sheamus.
For the last 19 years, Stephen Farrelly, a.k.a. Sheamus, was under contract to WWE. He departed the company this summer.
While with WWE, he started a workout series called Celtic Warrior Workouts. Farrelly has taken to his social media to post a graphic for ‘Brave Change, S. Farrelly Workouts.’

After the news of Sheamus’ departure, his former partner and current Death Riders member Claudio Castagnoli addressed the possibility of Sheamus joining All Elite Wrestling.
