Sheamus Defeats Shinsuke Nakamura To Advance In The Last Time Is Now Tournament
Sheamus is fighting his way towards another match with John Cena.
The Last Time Is Now Tournament kicked off on the November 10 edition of Raw, as Damian Priest took on Rusev in a first round matchup. Rusev ended up taking advantage of Priest’s eye injury to win that match and advance in the tournament.
Later on in the night, Sheamus took on Shinsuke Nakamura in another first round matchup. The match was stiff and full of hard strikes, but in the end, ‘The Celtic Warrior’ scored the pinfall victory after catching Nakamura with a Brogue Kick out of nowhere,

As many fans will remember, John Cena and Sheamus have a decorated history, facing each other in eight televised singles matches from 2009 to 2015. They each hold three wins over each other, as the other two matches went to a no contest.
It is currently unknown who Sheamus will face in the next round of The Last Time Is Now tournament. Fightful will update fans when more is known.
