Jeff Hardy and Sheamus will officially have their bar fight this week on SmackDown.
During a commercial break on Raw, WWE revealed that the two superstars will face off against each other in a bar fight on July 24. The announcement comes a couple of weeks after the bar fight suggestion was made by Miz and Morrison when they had Hardy on as a guest for Miz TV.
The two have been feuding for months ever since WWE dedicated several episodes of SmackDown in March to airing vignettes of Hardy's long battle with substance abuse and addiction. Hardy did beat Sheamus in the first round of the Intercontinental Championship tournament, but Sheamus would go on to avenge that loss by defeating him at Backlash.
Neither man competed at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view that took place on July 19.
Fightful will have live coverage of SmackDown on July 24.
