Shingo Takagi & Gedo vs. Jun Kasai & Toru Sugiura Set For 12/25 Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS Event

Kasai and Sugiura got into a back-and-forth with Gedo and Takagi.
The 2025 NJPW World Tag League tournament is underway, with day one in the books. Headlining night one of the tournament was Shingo Takagi and Drilla Moloney scoring a win over Gabe Kidd and IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion Yota Tsuji.
Before the show, Takagi was by himself speaking to reporters, and he was approached by Jun Kasai and Toru Sugiura. The two parties began to exchange words, and Gedo eventually made his way into the frame.
The interaction ultimately led to a tag match being set up for Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS’ December 25th show at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.
