Shinsuke Nakamura And Tye Dillinger In Match After Twitter Battle

Tye Dillinger and Shinsuke Nakamura will wrestle for the first time on the main roster.

Over the weekend, Shinsuke Nakamura and Tye Dillinger had a back-and-forth interaction which started when Dillinger replied to a tweet of Nakamura counting to ten from last week's Smackdown.

The two wrestlers replied to each other a couple more times before Smackdown General Manager Paige revealed the two will be in a match against each other on Tuesday.

The last and only time Dillinger and Nakamura wrestled in a televised match was in 2016 on NXT. It was Nakamura's second match after being signed by WWE. The two wrestlers would debut on the main roster on the same night at the Smackdown after WrestleMania 33. Dillinger did make a surprise appearance at the 2017 Royal Rumble months before his official debut.
