Shota Umino Agrees To Defend IWGP Global Heavyweight Title Against PAC At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026

Shota accepted the challenge from PAC.
A video message was pushed out by All Elite Wrestling from Death Riders member PAC. He called out IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion Shota Umino for a title match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door on June 28th.
At the 6/20 Blue Justice XVIII event, after Umino’s match, the video from PAC played, and he would go on to accept PAC’s challenge.

- Women’s Owen Hart Cup Final: Mercedes Moné vs. TBD
- AEW World Tag Team Championship: Adam Copeland & Christian Cage (c) vs. The Dogs (Clark Connors & David Finlay)
- Kenny Omega vs. Zack Sabre Jr.
- Men’s Owen Hart Cup Final: Will Ospreay vs. Swerve Strickland (w/ Prince Nana)
