Singles Match Made Official For Next Week's SmackDown Live

Becky is riding high.

The first-ever SmackDown Live Women's Champion Becky Lynch has been on a roll on the blue-brand exclusive show by picking up a slew of victories over the past few months. Tonight on SmackDown Live the "Irish Lasskicker" defeated Mandy Rose in singles action and afterwards she picked up a microphone and stated that she has been patient for long enough and it was about time that she stepped up to the plate and got the SmackDown Live Women's Championship back.

The camera then cut to SmackDown Live GM Paige's office where Paige was joined by the champion Carmella. Carmella who is coming off her second successful title defense against Asuka was not paying any mind to the words that Becky Lynch was speaking. Paige made sure that Becky Lynch would have Carmella's attention as Paige made it official for next week's edition of SmackDown that Carmella and Becky will be going one-on-one and if Becky can pick up yet another victory then she will be challenging Carmella for the SmackDown Live Women's Championship at SummerSlam on August 19th.
