Slice Boogie took to social media to say that his MLW contract expired on July 9 and he is currently a free agent.
Slice teased being on "a major network TV" sooner than later.

Slice hasn't wrestled for MLW since the February 2022 MLW Fusion tapings in North Carolina. He suffered an Achillies injury in August 2022 and returned to the ring in March 2023.
He is a former MLW Tag Team Champion alongside Rivera (Danny Limelight).
