Smackdown Challenges Raw At Survivor Series

It looks like we could get some interpromotional matches at this year's Survivor Series.

On tonight's WWE Smackdown Live, Commissioner Shane McMahon and General Manager Daniel Bryan issued a challenge to Monday Night Raw. The two suggested a series of matches at next month's Survivor Series, which would feature top Raw talent taking on top Smackdown talent.

McMahon and Bryan suggested that Raw take on Smackdown in three traditional Survivor Series matches. One would pit Smackdown's top 5 singles wrestlers against Raw's, another would feature 5 tag teams each, and another would feature the top female talent.

Thus far, no interpromotional matches have been scheduled for TV since the WWE Draft in July. Survivor Series looks to be headlined by Brock Lesnar facing a returning Goldberg.
