SmackDown Episode On 5/2 Also Sees Year-Low In Viewership This Week, Joining Raw's Poor Number

Last night's episode of SmackDown Live, featuring an advertised main event United States Title rematch that saw Kevin Owens reclaim the belt from Chris Jericho, drew just 2.300 million viewers, according to Show Buzz Daily. This is down from the 2.493 million viewers that watched last week's show, and is the lowest viewership number of the year.

SmackDown still came in at #4 in viewership on cable for the night, behind two NBA Playoff games and Tucker Carlson Tonight on FOX News. SmackDown was also #4 in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic, behind the NBA games and their wrap-up show, Inside The NBA.
