The SmackDown Tag Team Title bout is official for The Horror Show at Extreme Rules.
In the opening segment of WWE SmackDown, it was confirmed that Big E & Kofi Kingston would defend their SmackDown Tag Team Titles against Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura on Sunday. But there was still one thing that needed to be settled.
Big E took on Cesaro in the opening bout on Friday with the winner getting to pick between a steel cage match or a tables match for Sunday. There was a fan vote at some point earlier this Summer with a tables match and cage match being the top two picks.
Cesaro picked up the victory in the match, allowing him and Nakamura to pick the stipulation. The two decided on a tables match for Sunday.
