The stars were out for TNA as Smoke DZA and Westside Gunn were spotted in the audience of the event.

- Ace Austin and Chris Bey successfully closed out the Best of Three Series with the Grizzled Young Veterans of Zack Gibson and James Drake. In the process, they retained the TNA Wrestling World Tag Team Championship.

- Jordynne Grace successfully retained The Knockouts Championship against Gisele Shaw and she did so in front of Ash By Elegance, formerly known as Dana Brooke.

- KUSHIDA Throws In The Towel, Moose Defeats Alex Shelley To Retain TNA World Title At TNA No Surrender

- Josh Alexander defeated Simon Gotch in a very hard-hitting match.

- Moose To Defend TNA World Title Against Eric Young At TNA Sacrifice

- MK Ultra (Killer Kelly And Masha Slamovich) Win TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles At TNA No Surrender

- PCO and Kon's official match ended quickly with Konb getting disqualified. However, the chaos after the match did not end quickly and would see both men use chairs on one another and Kon attempt to snap the neck of PCO on multiple occasions.

- Frankie Kazarian assaulted an official at No Surrender.

- The main event of the show saw Mustafa Ali defeat Chris Sabin for the TNA X-Division Championship. Jake Something now awaits him.
