Sol Ruca Talks Main Roster Appearances, Says She’s Recieved Feedback About Timing And Pacing
Sol Ruca discusses her main roster feedback.
Throughout 2025, Ruca has made a couple of trips to the main roster, taking part in matches on the SmackDown brand. Ruca and Zaria were even able to pick up a win over Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre on the October 3 episode of the show.
Speaking with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, Ruca talked about one of the main differences between the main roster and NXT.
“Definitely. I think a lot of the time, we get feedback on just the pacing of the main roster. Raw and SmackDown is a little bit different than NXT, NXT is very go-go-go and action packed. Raw and SmackDown, especially with the bigger stars, they don’t have to do a bunch of stuff to get these reactions. They have their move-sets down, they have their biggest hits and they can do them, take a second and look at the crowd and just be more in the moment. In NXT, it’s action packed and it’s go-go-go. I think a lot of the times when Zaria and I were up there or when I was doing stuff on SmackDown, it’s just the timing and pacing of things. It’s a little bit different. It is a little bit harder to get used to, I feel like that’s mostly the feedback we get is the difference in pacing.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Sol Ruca credited NXT Level Up as a big key to her success. Check out her full comments on the brand by clicking here.
