Sonya Deville Believes No One Has Seen Her Peak In WWE Yet

Sonya Deville believes that the best has yet to come.

Deville has been a part of WWE for years after first appearing on Tough Enough, currently competing on SmackDown. But Deville has yet to win a title as a wrestler in WWE. Yet, Deville is unbothered by that fact and at only 26 years old, she knows that fans have yet to see her peak.

“I think that everyone has a time in life, in general and especially in the WWE. There is a time and a place for everyone's climb and rise to the top. And I think that you haven't seen Sonya's peak yet, obviously. And I'm blessed. I'm one of the youngest females in the locker room – I'm 26. So I have longevity with the company and I'm blessed to be here and to be here for a long time. So I'm excited for the future,” Deville told Fox News.

Deville was also asked if she ever feels underappreciated, whether it would be from WWE or from the fans themselves. Quite the opposite, Deville feels that she is respected and is happy that people want to see more of her, whether it would be in the ring or on Total Divas.

“I feel respected. I feel like the fans want to see more for me, you know. And I think that's cool that they want to see more and I think it's cool that they haven't gotten to see more yet because it just makes them appreciate it when it does come," Deville said.
