Sonya Deville is ready for Raw Underground.
Ever since Shane McMahon introduced the concept of Raw Underground on August 3, plenty of wrestlers have raised their hand to compete in the "shoot fight" ring. But very few have the actual MMA experience that Deville brings to the table.
"I know I'll end up over there. Uh, it'll probably end up being me versus Shayna (Baszler) in Underground, uh, one of these days and I'd happily, uh, give her a little TKO action," Deville told Rick Ucchino of Sportskeeda.
Baszler went 15-11 during her MMA career while Deville was 2-1.
Baszler made her Raw Underground debut this past Monday, taking out a host of women in the no-roped ring. Before she gets to Raw Underground, Deville has her eyes set on the SmackDown Women's Championship.
"Listen, I'll face anybody any time, but I'm going after championship gold. So if I have time in my very, very busy and productive schedule to squeeze Shayna in, sure," she said.
Deville is currently involved in a storyline with Mandy Rose on WWE SmackDown. She recently cut Mandy's hair during a backstage segment.
Fightful will have live coverage of SmackDown on Friday beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
