The storyline on WWE SmackDown centering around a forlorn Otis pining for Mandy Rose has been a critically acclaimed upside to the blue brand for the majority of 2020 thus far.
Even Mandy's tag team partner, Sonya Deville, admitted that she's having the time of her life with the storyline. Speaking with Digital Spy, Sonya Deville proclaimed this angle to be the most fun she's had in WWE and she would go on to praise Otis for being unapologetically himself and connecting with the WWE Universe because of it.
“It's been incredible. It's been so much fun to be a part of,” Sonya began. “People just love Otis and I think it's just because he's just so unapologetically himself and he's always so happy. I think he's very relatable in a sense and Mandy and I have just had such a good time being part of the storyline for sure. It's been probably the most fun storyline I've ever been a part of in WWE.”
