WWE SmackDown

Tony Khan Wears Neck Brace During 2024 NFL Draft

- Charlotte Flair opened SmackDown but was quickly interrupted by Sasha Banks who asked when she was getting a Women's Championship opportunity. The Queen said that Sasha needed to earn her shot and instead wants to give a chance to a new face.

Shotzi answered the call and had a Championship Contenders Match against Charlotte. After Sasha got on the ring apron, Shotzi got distracted, allowing Flair to hit her finisher for the win.

After the bell, Shotzi took her frustrations out on Banks, attacking The Boss and blaming her for the loss.

- Last week, Brock Lesnar was suspended indefinitely by WWE Official Adam Pearce. The Beast didn't agree with the decision and hit Pearce with two F5s. Tonight, appearing from his home, Pearce revealed that he called Lesnar and informed him that he has been fined one million dollars for his actions.

- Mustafa Ali answered Drew McIntyre's open challenge, but unfortunately for him, the Scottish Warrior proved too much for him to overcome. After the bell, Ali got on the mic and said that the only reason the crowd doesn't cheer for him is because his name is Mustafa Ali.

- King Xavier Woods knighted Kofi Kingston, anointing him 'The Hand of the King.' They were then interrupted by The Usos, who made fun of them for the way they were dressed. After insults were traded, the two teams agreed to have a match later in the night.

- Rick Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura lost to Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss after interference from Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo. Asked after the fact why they got involved, Garza and Carrillo said they did it to fulfill the 'Trick' part of the 'Trick or Street Fight' stipulation.

- Sonya Deville served as the special guest referee for Naomi's match against Shayna Baszler. She ended up proving to be the deciding factor as an incredibly fast count landed Baszler the win.

- In the main event of SmackDown, King Woods and Sir Kofi defeated The Usos.

AEW Rampage

- In the opening bout of the show, Bryan Danielson defeated Eddie Kingston to advance to the finals of the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament. Bryan extended his hand to Eddie after the bell, but The Mad King turned his back on The American Dragon.

- Upset about the outcome of his match, Eddie Kingston could be heard complaining backstage, even interrupting a CM Punk interview. The two exchanged words but were quickly separated by those nearby. Punk could be heard telling Kingston that he'll put him to sleep again.

- The third time proved to be a charm as Dante Martin scored the pinfall victory over Matt Sydal. This was Martin's first singles match with Lio Rush managing his corner.

- The lineup for next week's episode of AEW Rampage can be seen here.

- Abadon faced Dr. Britt Baker in a Trick or Treat Match. If Abadon won, she would earn herself an AEW Women's Championship opportunity. Though she inflicted quite a bit of damage to Dr. Baker, Abadon was not able to topple the AEW Women's Champion.
