On this past Wednesday’s edition of AEW Dynamite, Kevin Knight would once again challenge for the AEW World Championship, going one on one with Darby Allin with the title on the line. While Knight would put up a strong fight, he would come up short.
While speaking on the latest edition of his weekly vlog, Speedball Mike Bailey commiserated with Kevin Knight after his AEW Dynamite loss to Darby Allin, noting that the pair will keep the world title in their sights.
“That’s what we gotta keep doing. Give it everything 100% of the time, and, hey, didn’t happen tonight, but it’s going to. We know we’ve got the world championship in our sights. One of us is gonna get it sooner or later. If it doesn’t happen soon, then it’s going to be National Championship, International, Continental. All of them. Got to keep a close eye on Cope and FTR, Double or Nothing.”
