Speedball Mike Bailey Says They ‘Felt Extremely Grateful, Yet Unfulfilled’ Watching Kenny Omega vs Will Ospreay

Speedball Mike Bailey says that they felt ‘extremely grateful and yet unfulfilled’ watching singles matches at AEW All In.

At AEW All In, Speedball would feature as part of the Casino Gauntlet match, marking another year without a major singles match at the pay-per-view for Bailey. Now, they have reacted to their weekend at Wembley.

While speaking during their recent Speedvlog, Speedball Mike Bailey reflected on their Casino Gauntlet match.

“Fun, you know, got to do some pretty cool things, big moments. It is always nice to go out there and wrestle in front of 40,000 people and hear the reaction, see that there’s a lot of people, and I’m extremely grateful for that. But I am extremely displeased with the result of the match. But you know, it is what it is. It is what it is. I’m gonna drown my sorrows in cheese.”

Bailey also noted that they felt grateful but unfulfilled watching major single matches at the event.

“Again, very emotional week, emotional ending because I honestly feel extremely grateful yet unfulfilled seeing matches like Kevin Knight versus Darby Allin, seeing Kenny Omega versus Will Ospreay. That’s what I want to be doing and that’s what I need to be doing.”
