A sidelined star has returned to action.
During the June 8 episode of Ring of Honor, Griff Garrison made his return to the squared circle. The longtime Varsity Blond faced Lee Moriarty, though he did lose the match due to Moriarty grabbing the tights during the pin.

Garrison last wrestled on the November 8 episode of AEW Dark when he teamed with Brian Pillman Jr in a loss to The Factory (Cole Karter & QT Marshall). The match, however, was taped on October 21. Two months later, on December 16, Garrison took to social media to reveal that he underwent surgery, but ensured fans that he would be back in no time.
