IMPACT Wrestling held two sets of television tapings from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia on Friday and Saturday. During the tapings, two ECW legends and a former Knockouts Champion returned to the company.

The first return was Friday night when Sabu appeared to help Rob Van Dam and Tommy Dreamer fight off Moose and The North. Sabu's return set-up a six-man tag between the stars at Saturday's tapings. The match was won by Team ECW.

At the Saturday tapings, The Sandman returned to help Eddie Edwards in his match against Killer Kross. Sandman presented Edwards with a new kendo stick after the bout.

Also at the Saturday tapings, former Knockouts Champion Jessicka Havok returned to the promotion. She was accompanied by James Mitchell. They interfered in a bout between Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary, eventually leaving with Su Yung.
