Steph De Lander Talks Getting Back In The Ring To Train, ‘It Was Daunting To A Degree’
Steph De Lander is feeling great.
Following her recent exit from TNA, De Lander is set to return to the ring very soon. As most fans know, the 29-year-old has not wrestled since August 2024.
Speaking with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, Lander talked about having to re-train her body and mind when he stepped back in the ring.
“It was daunting to a degree, but I also was very excited to just get in the ring. Once I got in the ring and started moving around and started feeling it, I was like, ‘Okay.’ Like you have muscle memory, your body remembers what you’re doing. I will say I get dizzy easily from like doing crazy rolls, my brain just hasn’t been used to like going up and down in every way. I feel like I’m in a washing machine. So I’ve had to train my body to get used to like those kinds of movements again. But as far as being in the ring, I feel really good and it feels good to like hit and be hit again.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Steph De Lander said that her deal with TNA was originally set to expire in June. Check out her full comments by clicking here.
