Chief Brand Officer of the WWE, Stephanie McMahon, recently spoke with Bloomberg and the two parties discussed numerous topics regarding the future of the WWE, the next steps that the company could take; as far as possibly finding a new platform to present their content on, among other topics. McMahon would be asked to describe her brother, Shane McMahon's role within the company.
Stephanie states that: "He is really a strong talent for us right now"
Stephanie did point out that Shane is not an actual executive in the company. Shane McMahon returned to WWE in February of 2016 and he has since transitioned into the on-screen role of commissioner of the SmackDown Live brand. With the reports of Triple H and other WWE executives gaining more power in the WWE, following the announcement of Vince McMahon relaunching the XFL, there could be a spot for "Shane-O" as an executive in the company.
