Stephanie McMahon has cashed out on more stock.
According to an SEC filing on September 21, Stephanie sold 57,573 shares of Class A common stock valued at $39.18. That comes out to $2,255,710.14. She still has 76,324 shares remaining.
Stephanie previously sold 11,167 shares at $46.26 in July. Vince McMahon and Triple H also sold stock at that time. In August, Triple H sold 52,807 worth of shares for a total value of $2,410,158.

Mrs. Levesque may also be deemed to be the indirect beneficial owner of shares of WWE common stock that are directly owned by her husband, Paul Levesque. Mrs. Levesque disclaims beneficial ownership of those shares.
