AEW CEO Tony Khan took to Twitter/X to announce that NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer will defend her title against La Catalina at the CMLL x NJPW Fantasticamania Mexico event on June 21. If Catalina wins, then Vaquer’s scheduled match against Mercedes Mone at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door will only be for the TBS Championship. The bout is currently scheduled to be a Title for Title match.
TBS Champion Mercedes Mone will defend her title against Zeuxis on the June 12 episode of AEW Dynamite.
