Stephen A Smith Would Be A Heel Manager, But Nobody Is Allowed To Touch Him

Stephen A Smith has become one of the top sports personalities in the world through his commentary on various sports shows throughout the years. Smith's personality has caused sports fans around the world to either love him or hate him when he gives his latest hot take on a subject.

Smith is currently part of the ESPN family, and when speaking to Ric Flair on First Take, he said he loves what WWE is doing under the leadership of Nick Khan, Stephanie McMahon, and Triple H, and that he's looking forward to attending WrestleMania 39.

Flair went along with it and hyped up Smith.

"I just got the word passed along that because WrestleMania is in California, they know you love California, I think they're entertaining the idea of having you manage one of these guys. They can't talk too well," Flair said with a laugh.

Stephen A was all for the idea, under one condition.

"Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan, Paul Heyman, and these guys. I would love to be a bad guy manager, I want to be one of those bad guys. I don't want to be a goody two-shoes guy. I want to be the troublemaker bad manager. I think I could pull it off. If they want me to be a bad guy manager, no one can touch me. I'm going to have that as part of my contract. Nobody can touch me. I'm too frail. I can't let them touch me. Ain't nobody bodyslamming me," said Stephen A.

It is unknown if Stephen A will be part of WrestleMania in any capacity.

Stephen A was the man who spoke with Triple H when "The Game" revealed the health issues he went through at the end of 2021 and announced his retirement from wrestling.
