Steve Austin Announced To Appear On RAW Via Skype

Monday Night RAW will get a dose of Stone Cold Steve Austin.

After an eventful SummerSlam that saw a new Universal Champion be crowned and the first match of "The Fiend," Austin will appear on RAW though he won't be at the Scotiabank Arena in person. He will actually appear via Skype to give his thoughts on SummerSlam. It should also be noted that Austin's new television show, "Straight Up Steve Austin," will premiere on USA Network immediately after RAW concludes.

Also set for the show are a couple of matches involving several wrestlers who didn't compete at SummerSlam, including a rematch between Rey Mysterio and Andrade. The other match announced today was one between Drew McIntyre and Cedric Alexander.

Previously announced for the show is Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross defending their WWE Women's Tag Team titles against the Kabuki Warriors and Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz.

Fightful will have live coverage of RAW with a post-show podcast soon after RAW ends.
