Steve Austin Says He Was Pissed About Crashing Four-Wheeler At WWE WrestleMania 41, Feels He ‘Sh*t The Bed’

Austin looks back at the moment.
On night two of WWE WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin made an appearance to announce the attendance number.
He drove a four-wheeler to the ring, and while making a turn, he crashed the ATV into the barricade, and it knocked one of the fans back into their seat. While guest appearing on Busted Open, Austin reflected on that and said he ‘sh*t the bed. It came up as a talking point when Austin was asked which night of WrestleMania 42 he would be at.
“You know what’s funny? Because they’ll put something on the ‘Gram, and people say, ‘Oh no, no, no. He’s too old. Let the current talent have the spotlight…’ Let the current talent have the spotlight of course. But, if I can go out there and do something, that’d be fine. But God damn, when I crashed that four-wheeler last year up there against that wall, man, you talk about sh*tting the bed big time. I was so pissed off about that. Because I was looking forward to going out there and announcing the attendance, and then, you know, watching the show, and what kind of show the superstars are gonna put on, and man, I sh*t the bed on the big stage so, we’ll see if they have me back and if they do, that’s cool. But, I always say, man, they got a pretty good roster. So I think those guys, and gals, they need all the time.”
After Austin crashed the ATV, he and WWE President Nick Khan were shown on camera talking to the individual who was on the receiving end.
