Steve Maclin is heading to Turning Point.
On the November 18 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Steve Maclin faced Laredo Kid in a match that would see him added to the X Division Championship Match at Turning Point if he won. The bout came about after Maclin demanded a title opportunity following a loss in a #1 Contenders Fatal Four-Way two weeks ago.
Maclin versus Laredo Kid opened tonight's show and saw Maclin score the victory in fairly short order. As a result, Trey Miguel will defend the X Division Title at Turning Point in a Triple Threat Match against Laredo Kid and Steve Maclin.
Trey won the belt at Bound For Glory and has already made one successful defence against Rocky Romero.
