Steve Maclin States That It’s ‘Very Humbling’ To Be Facing Adam Copeland At MLP Northern Rising

Steve Maclin is humbled by the opportunity.

The Maple Leaf Gardens is playing host to Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling’s Northern Rising show on October 3rd.

One match on the show is Steve Maclin versus Adam Copeland, and TSN interviewed Maclin ahead of the match. He told the outlet that he is humbled to be selected as Copeland’s opponent.

“It’s very humbling. I dunno, it’s just a cool feeling where you think in your career, you’re not doing what you’re supposed to do or you’re not as good as you think you are and then you finally get that moment of somebody picking you in a situation like this with Adam. Then for me and him to be chatting and having conversations like we have in the past, it’s just fun. He appreciates the body of work that I’ve put out there and to just get that from my peers is so cool – and, also, to call Adam Copeland a peer is still odd to me, but it’s also very cool, too.”
