Stone Cold Talks Neville's Reported Walk Out.

Stone Cold Steve Austin says Neville may have trouble wrestling in other promotions.

Last week, reports surfaced Neville had walked out of Raw and was upset with the company. There has been speculation on why Neville left. On WWE programming, Neville lost his WWE Cruiserweight Championship to Enzo Amore and it was unclear what was next for Neville. On The Steve Austin Show, the host Steve Austin compared Neville's reported situation to something Austin did in the 1990's. Austin said if Neville wishes to wrestle in other places, he will need WWE's permission.

Toni Storm: Anna Jay, If You Touch Mariah May, I'll Clap Your Cheeks All The Way Back To Georgia

"Well, you can walk out of the company because I did that way back in the day when I infamously took my ball and went home. But I wasn't looking to work indy dates, I was just pissed off, handled things in a bad fashion, and walked off the job. If I would have sprung up in some indy promotion in two months, I'm sure there would have been some kind of whatever they do to block you from work had I been under some kind of contract and I was," said Austin. "You damn sure ain't going to work if they say you're under contract," he added.

Austin also questioned if Neville walking out was a part of a storyline because WWE has recently done storylines that have been steeped in reality. He also shared the story of how Jim Ross connected him to Vince McMahon in order to salvage their relationship to make way for Austin to rejoin WWE.

This week, Neville did not appear on Raw and the current Cruiserweight champion Kalisto was involved in a confrontation with Amore. Fightful Wrestling has provided continuous coverage of the situation with Neville.
