Strong Internal Push To Feature Chad Gable In Significant Way At WWE SummerSlam 2026
There is a push to feature Chad Gable at SummerSlam.
There is going to be a two-night WWE SummerSlam event on August 1st and 2nd from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
During the June 18th episode of WrestleVotes on Fightful Select, it was stated that there is a strong internal push within WWE to feature Chad Gable in a significant way at the event.
SummerSlam is taking place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where Gable is from. Sources indicated that Gable being from Minneapolis is a major factor in those discussions, in addition to the overwhelming amount of fan support he’s received following his run as the Original El Grande Americano in AAA.
WrestleVotes added that many within WWE view Gable as one of the company’s most gifted performers.
