Stu Grayson Says Evil Uno Suffered A Concussion During 3/15 AEW Dynamite

Stu Grayson says Evil Uno is dealing with an injury.

Grayson made his return to AEW on the March 22 episode of AEW Dynamite, where he reunited with Evil Uno and teamed up with Hangman Page to face the Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta). Moxley scored the win by forcing Grayson to tap out, and he kept the hold locked in after the bell. The two teams brawled, and they kept fighting later in the show, though the broadcast team noted that Evil Uno was sent to the hospital.

During a promo on the March 17 episode of AEW Rampage, Grayson commented on his return to AEW and noted that he was in the hospital because Evil Uno suffered a concussion during the brawl on AEW Dynamite. He then challenged Moxley to a singles match and vowed to "break" the former AEW World Champion.

"Jon Moxley, up until our match tonight on Dynamite, everybody was asking me the same thing. ‘Stu, are you back? Are you back with AEW?’ I just didn’t know what to answer. I just didn’t until now, now that I am in a hospital because you and BCC gave a concussion to my brother, Evil Uno. So now I’m thinking, Mox. Now I’m thinking, ‘Yeah, now I am back.’ You wanted Stu Grayson? You got him. Next week, I want you, Mox. I want you in a one-on-one match. I swear to god, I will break you," Grayson said.

As of this writing, it is unclear how long Evil Uno will be out of action. Fightful will provide more information as it becomes available.
