Syuri Vignette Airs During ROH Supercard Of Honor

Syuri is coming soon.

During ROH Supercard of Honor, a vignette aired promoting Japanese star Syuri. The vignette closed by saying that “Syuri is coming.”

The vignette aired after Mina Shirakawa won the Interim ROH Women’s TV Title in a four-way match against Persephone, Miya Yamashita, and Yuka Sakazaki.

Announcer Ian Riccaboni wondered if Syuri would be in ROH or AEW, and then speculated that she might appear in the Casino Gauntlet at AEW All In.

She is a former IWGP Women’s Champion. It was previously announced that she would be taking a break from STARDOM. She had her final match in the promotion on July 6th against Ranna Yagami.

As part of her departure press conference, Syuri said she would be taking time off to heal from injuries and that she was going to “level up” overseas.

Along with previously holding the IWGP Women’s Title, she is a former World Of Stardom Champion, Goddesses Of Stardom Champion with Giulia, and Sendai Girls Tag Team Champion with Hikaru Shida.

It is unknown when Syuri will make her debut for AEW or ROH.
