As announced by WWE, this Thursday's episode of NXT UK will see a clash of titans in the forms of Kay Lee Ray and Meiko Satomura. The longest reigning record breaking NXT UK Women's Champion Kay Lee Ray will wrestle in a highly anticipated bout as she takes on a Joshi legend, 'The Final Boss' Meiko Satomura. Satomura's signing with WWE NXT UK could spell the downfall of the self proclaimed NXT UK's Forever Champion (KLR) Kay Lee Ray.
After recently surpassing an impressive record spanning over one and a half years as a defending champion, Kay Lee Ray all but demanded more competition from WWE and they happily obliged. 'The Scary Queen of Scots' KLR has run through the NXT UK Women's Division. From Jinny Couture to Toni Storm. Piper Niven to Isla Dawn. Kay Lee Ray has never turned down an opportunity to further cement her legacy in the WWE history books as a modern day era defining champion.
