Tasha Steelz: I Don't Need To Go Through A Door To Show Up In AEW, I Can Get In Any Kind Of Way

Tasha Steelz says she doesn't need a go through a door in order to show up in AEW.

Steelz and Kiera Hogan previously joined forces to form Fire 'N Flava, and they won the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championship twice. Hogan left IMPACT in July 2021 and went on to sign with AEW. Since her departure, Steelz has remained with IMPACT, and she had a memorable reign as the Knockouts World Champion. Meanwhile, Hogan has aligned with Jade Cargill as one of the Baddies.

Speaking with The Bob Culture Podcast at Baltimore Celebfest, the possibility of Steelz going to AEW came up in the conversation, with the hosts noting that they saw her talking to the Baddies at the convention. She noted that the Baddies agree that they need to add some "flava", and she doesn't need to step through any door, forbidden or not, to go to the company. The former champion also stated that she told Cargill that she runs the Baddies now.

“I chopped it up with the Baddies, and the Baddies all have agreed that Flava needs to be added. I think a lot of Flava needs to be added. So you just never know. You never know. Fire ‘n’ Flava has never died. Fire ‘n’ Flava will still continue beyond. So yeah, AEW, I don’t need a door to go through. I can get in any kind of way. I just show up. How can they deny that? I kinda tweeted to Jade, she’ll see it sometime, that I run the Baddies now. Look at me, I am the captain now," Steelz said.
