Following the successful career paths of fellow second-generation female pro wrestlers Charlotte Flair and Tessa Blanchard, Teal Piper, the daughter of Rowdy Roddy Piper, is getting serious about her future in pro wrestling.
Earlier in the week, it was revealed that Piper will be joining the fray of the Casino Battle Royale at AEW ALL OUT on August 31. now, TMZ is reporting that the 34-year-old daughter of the WWE Hall of Famer has signed on for season two of WOW Superheroes.
WOW is owned by Los Angeles Lakers owner, Jeanie Buss and is a part of AXS TV's weekend wrestling lineup paired with New Japan Pro-Wrestling which also airs on Saturdays. The promotion also features names such as Tessa Blanchard and Havok.
The report notes that the announced appearance for All Elite Wrestling is currently a one-off for Piper, but she is all in with the Women Of Wrestling promotion.
Currently, Piper is training in Long Beach, California and is doing so several times a week alongside her fellow WOW castmates.
