Ted DiBiase Jr. was never considered for the Randy Orton/Cody Rhodes storyline.

On Night 1 of WrestleMania 42, Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes fought for the Undisputed WWE Championship. During the match, Orton turned on Pat McAfee, and Rhodes retained his title.

DiBiase Jr. was in attendance for the show as well, and fans speculated whether there had been talks between him and WWE about being involved in Orton’s storyline.

DiBiase Jr. and Orton share a long history together, as he was part of The Viper’s Legacy faction.
