Tegan Nox Says She Wrestled For Almost Two Years With No ACL In Her Left Knee

Tegan Nox reflects on her journey back to the ring.

Nox has had some rough moments in WWE, suffering an ACL injury in the 2018 Mae Young Classic and another ACL injury in September 2020.

Taking to social media, Nox revealed that she had been wrestling for almost two years without an ACL in her left knee because the ACL slipped out of place and got stuck between her knee. She said she had no symptoms and no pain and a normal check-up showed it had been gone for a long time.

Nox competed in the street fight against Dakota Kai (February 2020) and the cage match against Kai (March 2020) with no ACL.

Nox was taken out on the September 23, 2020 episode of NXT by Candice LeRae. She returned at NXT Great American Bash on July 6 to confront LeRae and was then called up to WWE SmackDown to team with Shotzi on the subsequent episode of WWE SmackDown.

Fightful will have live coverage of WWE SmackDown beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Friday.
