Tetsuya Naito regains gold.
Tetsuya Naito regained the IWGP World Heavyweight Title at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, defeating Jon Moxley in the co-main event.
Naito finished off Moxley with Destino.
Moxley seemed to have the match won after the Death Rider, but Naito barely kicked out. Moxley was unhappy with the count from Red Shoes, and let him know about it.
The DISRESPECT from Tetsuya Naito!

This marks the second reign as IWGP World Heavyweight Champion for Naito. Moxley held the title for 80 days and made four successful title defenses. Moxley won the title from Naito at NJPW Windy City Riot. The two men agreed to a rematch at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door after Moxley successfully defended the title against EVIL at NJPW Dominion.
