The Butcher Would Love To Get Back In The Ring For AEW: “I’m Sure It’s Difficult To Book A Show With Such An Insane Roster”
The Butcher wants in on the action.
The last time that The Butcher, a.k.a. Andy Williams, wrestled for All Elite Wrestling was on an episode of Collision in February 2025.
With it being a full year since he’s wrestled for the company, The Butcher took to X and expressed that he’d love to step back into an AEW ring. He added in his comment section that he understands it must be difficult booking a show with the roster AEW has, but he’s ready to get back out there.
Last time I wrestled an @aew match was a year and 7 days ago. Would love to get back out there either with Blade or just myself. Best shape of my life and no dance partners.
Honestly, there’s so many great wrestlers right now. I’m sure it’s difficult to book a show with such an insane roster. It’s not hard feelings, i just feel i have a lot more in the tank.

Williams is a member of The Butcher and The Blade tag team. The last time they teamed together in AEW/ROH was in January 2024.
