The Elite Reunites At AEW Full Gear, After The $1,000,000 Trios Match

At AEW Full Gear, Kenny Omega teamed up with Jurassic Express (Jack Perry and Luchasaurus) to compete in a $1,000,000 trios match against Josh Alexander and The Young Bucks. Big money was on the table, and Alexander and The Bucks were going to do everything it takes to win.

Matt and Nick recently won $500,000 prize money during their bout against The Death Riders on Dynamite in September.

Jack Perry and Nick Jackson started the match. Both showed their athleticism in and outside the ring for a few minutes before Luchasaurus and Matt got the tag.

Finally, Kenny and Josh came to the ring. Immediately, both men went for each other. On Collision recently, Alexander attacked Michael Nakazawa and sent a message to Omega. He had previously attacked Kota Ibushi and “broke” his leg.

Later in the bout, Nick went for a dive on Luchasaurus, but missed the timing and landed awkwardly with his knees first touching the floor.

Matt tagged and attacked a distracted Kenny Omega (who was looking at Don Callis) off the top rope. The Bucks doubled up for a sequence on Perry and Matt for a pinfall, but Perry kicked out.

Omega and Alexander were together in the ring again. Omega went for a moonsault, but missed. Matt attacked Omega afterward, and the latter hit face-first into the ring. He hit Perry with a superkick, and Nick tried to stomp Perry. He missed, and Perry attacked Matt and superkicked Nick. Alexander hit Perry with a backbreaker, and then Luchasaurus kicked Alexander. Matt hit a Destroyer on Luchasaurus, but immediately got hit with a knee from Omega.

In the final minutes of the match, Perry went for a lariat on Matt and Nick, who were held up on the shoulder by Luchasaurus and Omega, but The Bucks escaped. They superkicked Omega, Perry, and went for a superkick on Luchasaurus as well, but hit Alexander instead. Omega then hit Alexander with a One Winged Angel outside the ring.

Inside the ring, Perry went for a rollup on Nick but had a nearfall. Then, the Bucks hit him with a BTE trigger, allowing them to win the match. The Bucks and Callis left the ring with their money, but Alexander had other plans. He, alongside the rest of the Don Callis family, attacked Omega’s leg, but The Bucks weren’t happy with this.

They left the money, and had saved Kenny from a 5 on a 1 assault with a superkick party. Luchasaurus and Perry joined them shortly after, and they shook hands.

Omega was wobbling on his injured leg, and the Bucks raised their hands, but Kenny denied. He wanted to hug it out instead. Just like that, The Elite reunited at AEW Full Gear.
