The Opps Retain AEW World Trios Titles Over War Dogs On AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door Zero Hour

The Opps keep a hold of the belts.

Capping off the in-ring action on the Zero Hour for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door was the AEW World Trios Championship match.

The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs & Katsuyori Shibata) defended their titles against the War Dogs (Drilla Moloney, Clark Connors & Robbie X).

In the end, it was The Opps pulling out the victory as Shibata and Hobbs isolated Connors and Moloney. Joe then grabbed a hold of Robbie X and put him down with a Muscle Buster to secure the win and retain the championships.

Joe, Shibata, and Hobbs have been in possession of the belts since April. The Forbidden Door bout was their second title defense.
