The Rock Made $900,000 In Royalties From TKO In 2025, Missed Several TKO Board Meetings

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson joined the TKO board in January 2024, entering into an IP agreement with the company as well.
In a new SEC filing, it is revealed that The Rock made $900,000 in royalties as part of the agreement. He was also reimbursed $600,000 “for certain travel expenses associated with delivering services under the Johnson Services Agreement.”
It is also noted that he was “unable to attend several board meetings due to prior business commitments.” The board met seven times during the year.
The Rock was on WWE television in 2025, first as part of the Raw on Netflix premiere in January 2025 and the following episode of NXT, a return at WWE SmackDown in February, and then at WWE Elimination Chamber, which was his last television appearance.
