The Rock Sends A Message To John Cena Ahead Of His Retirement Match
The Rock took to Instagram to share a message to John Cena before his retirement match against Gunther on December 13th.
The Rock thanked Cena for his contributions, accomplishments, passion, and commitment. The Rock noted that they have a crazy history where they spilled blood, torn tendons, and set records.
Rock said that the most important thing he realized over the years in his friendship with Cena is the jorts. After making his joke, Rock said that above all, Cena is a good human being.
Rock also thanked Cena’s family for their sacrifices because he knows how hard the business is and how much the family has to sacrifice for someone to get to the level that Cena got to.
Finally, Rock told Cena to “go have fucking fun.”
John, you epitomize one of my favorite quotes, “it’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice”. Congratulations on your historic and extraordinary @wwe career, my friend.
