The Undertaker Wishes Octagon Jr A Speedy Recovery After Injury At AAA Noche De Los Grandes

At the AAA Noche de los Grandes tapings on May 30, Octagon Jr suffered a scary injury.

Competing in a five-way match, he took a DDT off the top rope from Joaquin Wilde. The referee seemed to immediately recognize the injury, though the match continued around him as the competitors didn’t know the severity of the injury.

The referee threw up the “X” signal, and Octagon was helped out of the ring and loaded up onto a stretcher and taken to the back.

The injury was edited off the broadcast airing of the match.

On social media, The Undertaker posted the following message of support:

“I would like to take this time to wish a speedy recovery to Octagón Jr. and thank him for his hard work and dedication to
@luchalibreaaa.

“We know you’ll be back better than ever and we look forward to having you return to the locker room.”

The nature of Octagon’s injury is currently unknown.
