The former AEW Women’s World Champion has shared the ring with Bayne in the past, and have had an alliance on AEW television, something which Thekla is very grateful for.
While speaking on a new Marking Out Q and A, Thekla was asked who is more physically imposing in AEW, Megan Bayne or Kris Statlander, with Thekla noting her gratefulness that she and Bayne are on the same team.
“Megan Bayne’s a bitch man. (laughs) I used to wrestle her back in STARDOM, and that’s what we met, and she’s mean. You know, when Kris had the chance to whip the crap out of me, and I survived that stuff, you know? But Megan Bayne is like- ooh, I’m good, thank you. I’m glad we’re more or less on the same team, right? We’re both bad bitches, so I don’t have to lock up with her anymore.”
